Punta Larici

Full day excursion counting the distance Lazise-Riva del Garda + route

Get in your car, set the navigator to “Pregasina - Riva del Garda” and go!

The route to Pregasina is certainly very scenic, you will travel all along the east bank until you reach the northernmost point of the lake, and then go up again to this small Trentino village. It will not be easy to find parking but, arriving early in the morning, you will certainly be more likely to be able to park.

The village of Pregasina is perched above Lake Garda, it is part of the territory of the Valle di Ledro, but in fact belongs to the municipality of Riva del Garda.

The first car park is located near the church of Pregasina, after which you will have to continue on foot and follow the signs for Malga Palaer and, a little further on, follow the signs for "Punta Larici".

The trail has a medium difficulty and is about 9 km long, but getting to the top will definitely be worth it. From Punta Larici the view extends from the northern tip of Lake Garda, with Riva and Monte Brione, to the south, where the lake begins to widen. One of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda!

A photo at the tip with the lake in the background is a must.

Also bring water and sandwiches with you, once you get to the top there is a large green space where you can have a picnic. The tour is definitely worth the view!
