Veja Bridge

The Veja bridge is one of the most beautiful and evocative attractions of Lessinia, in the province of Verona in the municipality of Sant’Anna D’Alfaedo. In fact, this bridge is the entrance lintel of an ancient karst cave whose interior collapsed in prehistoric times. You can park your car in a large parking lot located near a restaurant, near the bridge. In fact, immediately after the restaurant you can start the path on foot, consisting of small paths in the middle of nature.

Initially it is possible to stop above the bridge to admire the breathtaking view and to take some photos, then you can continue along a path that descends steeply into the woods, until you reach the lowest area of the valley, right where the stream flows. Arriving at the foot of the bridge you can admire small waterfalls and some small caverns.
