Tener-a-Mente / Festival del Vittoriale

The Festival takes place in the amphitheatre of the Vittoriale degli Italiani: a setting that blends art, culture, nature and beauty, with a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Garda.

Over the first fourteen editions, we have hosted the most prestigious and exciting names in international music and entertainment: Lou Reed, Morrissey, Ben Harper, Herbie Hancock, Burt Bacharach, Keith Jarrett, Hozier, Kasabian, Damien Rice, Damon Albarn, James Taylor, Joan Baez, Paolo Conte, The National, David Byrne, Paolo Nutini, Interpol, James Blake, Patti Smith, Pat Metheny, Jeff Beck, Johnny Depp, Diana Krall, Michael Kiwanuka, Franco Battiato, Billy Corgan, James Morrison, James Blunt, Ludovico Einaudi, Stefano Bollani, Paul Weller, Steven Wilson, Franz Ferdinand, Arto Lindsay…

With over 23,000 spectators, attendance figures in 2025 confirmed the theatre’s average capacity utilisation rate of 100%.

From 2026, Tener-a-mente doubles in size: the traditional summer programme, running from June to July, is joined by Tener-a-mente Equinozio: a series of concerts in September to symbolically accompany lovers of quality music from the start to the end of summer.

Ranked among the five most established festivals in Italy, alongside historic events such as Umbria Jazz, the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto and the Lucca Summer Festival, it remains one of the country’s most prestigious events to this day.
