San Martino's feast

From 7 to 11 November 2026, Peschiera del Garda celebrates its traditional Feast of San Martino, five days dedicated to local traditions, culture and flavours. In the heart of the town, between Piazza Maestro G. Battistoni and the Central Harbour, you can enjoy market stalls, local specialities and a rich programme of events.

One of the highlights is the Palio di San Martino, on Sunday 8 November, featuring a spectacular Venetian rowing race along the Canale di Mezzo. On Wednesday 11 November, the feast day of the town’s Patron Saint, celebrations reach their climax with religious ceremonies and the spectacular musical fireworks show “Incendio dei Voltoni”, scheduled for 7.30 pm.

During the festivities, you can also discover Peschiera from different perspectives, with boat trips along its UNESCO World Heritage historic walls, visits to the town’s museums and a photography exhibition dedicated to Peschiera in 1866. Traditional local dishes will also be available, offering the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic atmosphere of the celebrations.
